This isnt the first time theyve messed with my funds, but this was the last straw. Its not even over a lot, its only XXXX. Im just at my wits end with this bank. I had to call cursing and aggravated beyond hope, just so they would send me my money that someone was refunded toy old account while it was already closed for XXXX full days. Then when I call, theres nothing they can do, they can try to send it to my bank digitally and XXXX get an email. No email, no funds a couple days later. This is on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I call again and this time same rant, BUT we can mail you a paper check. At this point whatever gets the money out of my account because this is all I wanted. However the money shouldve been sent back or refused as is stated in the account closure email. Before this occurrence though, their support was no help with double charges or with funds not arriving. Overall Avant/Level bank is great, that is only if youll never have any problems ever, because they dont want to fix them.
