its been over 30 days and the creditor has not updated the information nor has provided proof or documentation in regards to a late payment. they have no supplied this information and they must delete the alleged late payments from my credit report. under federal law they have 30 days to complete the investigation and by failing to do so, the item must be deleted from the report as soon as possible.
