I disputed a collections account on my credit report that is not mine. I uploaded documents showing information from the supposed creditor that I do not owe anything as they do not have me on their records what so ever. I have proof I have never left XXXX. The debt collector doesn't even have my correct address or spelling of my name but they keep saying the information is accurate and the debt is mine. If they did proper investigating they would find I have nothing to do with this collection and it is fraud. There are tons of complaints from others on XXXX reviews stating XXXX has done the same exact thing to them.
