I am very upset with the fact that I submitted a complaint to the CFPB in regards to inaccurate reporting AND missing information in reference to XXXX and Transunion. These XXXX bureaus all advised that my credit report is true and accurate. I submitted documents with MISSING and INCONSISTENT information within the account information profile. I also submitted documents with INACCURATE and INCONSISTENT payment reporting between these XXXX bureau 's. This is violating federal law and I want these accounts reflected in the attached documents to be deleted due to the credit agencies listed above violating federal law and none of them rectifying this problem or I will seek litigation against them. I am very disappointed that a federal entity, such as the CFPB, would allow this type of inaccurate reporting from these companies stand. Furthermore, letting it stand when the complainant is in possession and also producing legitimate and tangible proof, such as a credit report with all of the reporting agency information listed. These credit reporting agencies are also under investigation under the United States Congress in reference to millions of consumers submitting disputes and them not being rectified as well as submitting complaints from the CFPB and nothing changing.
