Consumer Narrative

XX/XX/2022 I sent out a letter to the credit bureau Experian asking them to investigate my account to make sure my account was 100 % accurate. They received my certified letter XX/XX/2022. Here is the tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/2022 is when I received an email that my account status was ready. The credit bureaus said that my account was accurate I am very confused because my account has inaccurate account types, inaccurate date opened, inaccurate # of months, inaccurate high credit, inaccurate last reporting, inaccurate comments, inaccurate date last active, inaccurate date of last payment. The documents will confirm the inaccurate things that are highlighted yellow. Another thing is they didnt use the time wisely to give a full investigation I have been trying to dispute many accounts with them for a while now and keep ending up with the same results. I still havent received my mailed updated credit report either as I asked in the letter regarding the investigation. XX/XX/2022 is when I placed a report to the cfpb to Experian for the inaccurate accounts and on XX/XX/2022 they responded back by confirming that the accounts was 100 % accurate and that they will not reinvestigated the accounts that are inaccurate unless I have proof of inaccuracies. Which I have shown them but they are choosing not to look into my accounts at all. The accounts still has inaccurate account types, inaccurate date opened, inaccurate # of months, inaccurate high credit, inaccurate last reporting, inaccurate comments, inaccurate date last active, inaccurate date of last payment. So how is it 100 % accurate if all of these are not matching up with the other credit bureaus? I have been disputing these accounts for months now and they are not properly looking into the accounts at all. The attachments below show that they are not doing there jobs at all. On XX/XX/2022 I reported another claim to cfbp and Experian responded back XX/XX/2022 saying how they will fixed the issue on XX/XX/2022 they said everything is a 100 % accurate. I am very confused at this point because the same problems are still showing on the account inaccurate account types, inaccurate date opened, inaccurate # of months, inaccurate high credit, inaccurate last reporting, inaccurate comments, inaccurate date last active, inaccurate date of last payment. Now all this cant be accurate the accounts appear to be furnished by the same creditor why reporting data different. It is your duty to ensure that all information reported is consistent and most importantly accurate and you have failed to do so.This is grounds for removal. On XX/XX/2022 I sent another complaint regarding the same issue and they keep saying everything is 100 % accurate. If these accounts are furnished by the same creditors why is the data provided by the creditors different shouldnt they all be the same because its furnished by the same creditor. I have provided proof of the inaccuracies. Experian keeps mentioning the three accounts that was removed but they fail to mention the other 4 accounts that has inaccurate data reporting on it. Experian is not doing the proper investigation that needs to take place. There was never any items in dispute when I asked for an reinvestigation on XX/XX/2022 instead XX/XX/2022 they responded back saying the information on my credit is 100 % accurate but cant explain how they verified the account. I continuously provide the documents that proves that the accounts are reporting inaccurate and they ignore my provided documents. As you see by the dates given this is on going. They continue to violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604A section 2. States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. This issue has been on going with not type of result at all it has been damaging to my credit with inaccurate information.I have been trying to dispute many accounts with them for a while now and keep ending up with the same results with not having a proper investigation.
