Hello, several times I submitted a complaint about this company. On XX/XX/2022, I submitted XXXX as a dispute about bankruptcies that they supplied to the credit reporting agencies. I disputed those bankruptcies on the grounds of consumer laws ; 15 U.S.C 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 Once LexisNexis came back saying my bankruptcy was accurate and verified, I sent them a letter asking for, 15 U.S.C 1681 a ( e ) They sent me a letter on XXXX XXXX stating that bankruptcy was unverified through the XXXX report and it will be updated and deleted from my file. I called again on XXXX XXXX for verification of the deletion. A representative told me that they only deleted one of my bankruptcies and the other one came back verified?! I asked how is that possible when you got your information from XXXX website and that I didn't give permission nor did the bankruptcy courts provided that information. They could not answer 15 U.S.C 1681 a ( e ) How could one be verifiable and the other is not? I want the other bankruptcy deleted from my report. I will upload the letter they sent about the deletion from my file and copies of my XXXX Report to show proof that they lied about being unverified because they know they violated Consumer Law 15 U.S.C 1681 a ( e ).
