I've called Capital One Auto Financing. Asked if they could update and report my payments accurately as to I have made payments on my account and have not missed 6 months of payments. I've also made them aware of my hardship that I faced and was out of work on XXXX at the time. I called and let them know that I was waiting to receive my XXXX check in which Took longer then 3 months to get. I was told that my account would be ok and go just pay when I get my check from XXXX. I did that and they reported that I haven't made my payments. I was told they don't do goodwill letters but I would like to have these late payments off my report as to they are hurting me. I don't think I should be penalties for being XXXX. Thank you.
