On XX/XX/XXXX, I financed a XXXX Toyota XXXX XXXX with Toyota Financial Services Account number XXXX. This letter is being sent to you to make you aware that I am aware that my purchase for the XXXX Toyota XXXX XXXX was a credit transaction action and therefore should not have included a deposit of cash in any amount according to 15 United States Code 1605 ( Determination of Finance Charge ) A ( 6 ). I would like to dispute this incident without filing suit and here are a list of remedies I would like receive for my consumer rights being violated : 1 ) Refund of my deposit in the amount of {$1500.00}. 2 ) Remedies in the amount of {$1000.00} for every year I've own the vehicle Purchased XXXXSold XXXX ( 15 U.S. Code 2310 Remedies in Consumer Disputes ) To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if your company would review my dispute and concerns in detail and take the necessary steps to understand my disbelief with your Finance Department who is aware I made a consumer credit transaction and should NOT have been required to include a cash deposit. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until XX/XX/XXXX, before seeking help from my state consumer protection office or other assistance.
