XXXX not owed. My son moved out of an apartment in TN in XX/XX/2022 for several violations under both State and federal law. The landlord was told of his actions on XX/XX/XXXX and filed a HUD complaint. Anything that occurs especially within a 6 month time frame from filing a complaint against a landlord is considered a retaliatory act. Currently we were at 6. Now ProCollect hit my credit without notifying me. I was not given the opportunity to dispute. Now, every day that they have this on my credit report amounts to 1 count of retaliation with damages. Now in addition to the previous 6 they now have around 13 counts. I guess they believe violating the law and peoples Rights is normal practice. I want ProCollect to be added to my sons HUD claim for retaliation and cease and desist any further actions. We also want all of our credit corrected as it was before they took retaliation.
