on XX/XX/XXXX i sent dispute letters to XXXX, transunion, and XXXX to verifiy these unfamiliar accounts and inquires on my report. Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), of the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX, transunion, and XXXX are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that XXXX transunion, and XXXX post on a credit report. I demanded to see verifiable proof with my signature that XXXX, transunion, and XXXX have on file for the account listed below. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if XXXX, transunion, and XXXX are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof like a contract with my signature 30 days after my dispute then XXXX, transunion, and XXXX must remove the account listed below. it is now XXXX almost 60 days since i sent my letter and they haven't even responded by law they must remove all accounts and inquiries listed below.
