To whom this XXXX concern, I just recently discovered that there is some unauthorized information in my name being used on my credit report and would like to file a dispute. This information is unauthorized, and I do not approve for it to be reflected on my credit report. It is inaccurately reporting on my Experian credit profile, as it does not show upon my XXXX and XXXX credit profiles. I believe that I may be a victim of identity theft. I have a security lock on my credit report, and I was not alerted to this information being authorized. I have tried XXXX times to contact this well as EXPERIAN regarding this inaccuracy. I have sent a cease and desist, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX letter asking to accurately verify this collection/debt through certified mail also explaining my rights and consumer laws that have been violated by their company ( XXXX ). I have received XXXX results from these company ( XXXX ). I am insisting that they be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. There is no proof of my authorization or consent, my signature or proof of debt/contracts.
