on XX/XX/22 I logged into equifax.com to view a my credit report and noticed that only XXXX account was reporting. I called them on XX/XX/22 and the rep stated that there was an issue with their system and that she could see my accounts on her end. I asked why my credit report was reflecting incorrectly and she stated that this was a mistake on their part. On XXXX, i received an alert from My.Fico along with XXXX that my credit score had been erased completely. Now i am unable to apply for a mortgage for my family because they are unable to pull my credit score. This is really impacting me. I should have XXXX active accounts reporting.
