Throughout the last year in a half, I have sent out a number of letters regarding this matter, and recently, on XX/XX/2022, I sent a letter regarding errors on my credit report. Despite over XXXX days passing, I have not yet received a response. There is a sense that I am being taken advantage of and ignored by my disputes. It is clearly stated in Section 611 ( a ) that a failure to investigate these items within XXXX days constitutes grounds for immediate removal from my credit report. There has been no activity for over XXXX days, so it should be immediately deleted. If these accounts are not deleted immediately, I will file a lawsuit based on the stress you have caused me. At this point, I am ready to send it through and proceed with the lawsuit. I was also affected by the XXXX data breach and my information has been misused.
