I spoke with XXXX today at XXXX XXXX letting her know that i received a letter from Transunion XXXX XX/XX/2022 stating " we received a request that included your information, but it didn't appear that you or a properly authorized third party sent it to us. We take the privacy and security of your data very seriously, so we wont process requests unless they come directly from you or an authorized third party. '' That was their response to my letter of dispute sent to them on XX/XX/2022. They did not do a proper investigation into my claim that they should remove accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit file due to them furnishing information onto my credit file with no permissible purpose according 15 USC 1681b stating that they have to obtain written instructions from the consumer to whom it relate. They have no such written instructions and can not produce it. I also have attached a letter from XXXX XXXX that states they have honored my opt out of sharing my personal information to external companies, which includes all Consumer Reporting Agencies. Transunion needs to remove all of these accounts immediately.
