I've recently applied for an american express card and was denied. I've applied for this card in good faith per my rights. I have sent adverse action informing american express that I've applied for the XXXX XXXX preferred card in good faith and informed them that adverse action against a consumer is against the law. they have yet to respond. Meanwhile im suffering due to points drop on my credit report. Im injured due to the fact that I can't get approved for any credit to further I and my family of XXXX. I'm struggling to buy food and clothes for them. I can not provide at all. We are eating XXXX meal a day.
