On XXXX of 2021 Ally Bank report an Repossession and then later change it to charge off. This is not correct the car was repossession from an former business partner of mind and and since the writ of sequestration was issued wrong Ally Bank owes me an bond or remove the account. If Ally Bank refuse it will leave me no choice but to file suit against Ally Bank under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
