For almost a year now I've been in contact with the credit bureaus about inaccurate items that have been reported to my credit profile. It has left me with a tremendous amount of stress due to the fact that I can't get approved for what I need to get approved for. They are in violation according to Congress and I am ready to file for litigation if necessary. The accounts are unauthorized, and I didn't approve of the accounts. I need these accounts removed immediately. It's been over 45 days when I suppose to have heard from them in XXXX.
