On XX/XX/XXXX Grain Technology changed the setting to my account to auto payment. I noticed because I signed into my Grain account to make a payment and ad soon I went to make a payment I got an email that sis thank you for submitting your payment of {$110.00}. I never even made the payment because I got the email before I could move forward and was confused. Upon checking I saw my account my on auto payment. I then took it off and notified Grain that I never made that change to my account. About a week or so went by and no response from them. I eventually went to check my XXXX account again and saw that my account was back on auto pay. I then again took it off. Auto pay is something Ive never set up so Im more than certain that Grain technology is doing that.
