Hello, Experian has failed to abide by the FCRA rules and regulations and is in violation of protecting my consumer file from being subjected to denial of employment, loans and credit lines. Experian has been reporting a negative account on my credit file for 2 years that has been in dispute. The account reads XXXX Acct # XXXX. Balance of {$10000.00}. Experian has updated this account as certified as accurate. According to the FCRA all credit bureau have to assure that the reported information is 100 % accurate and verified or removal is a must. On XX/XX/XXXX Experian updated this account as certified as accurate. On XX/XX/XXXX this account was removed for not being accurate and verified. This account was then placed back on my report XX/XX/XXXX as verified and had been being updated as certified and verified every month thereafter. Unfortunately, this account was not verified for 100 % accurate by Experian, they have been failing me as a consumer and have been effecting my employment and loan results. On XX/XX/XXXX my dispute results were updated as the account being verified and verified that the information is accurate. Experian has been allowing the above account to report a debt being owed in the amount of {$10000.00} that is listed as charged off multiple times. They have allowed this company to report the debt as charged off Charge Off as of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. How can one account be charged off this many times??? Experian has failed to verified this accounts 100 % accuracy and has been continually been reporting this in accurate information after the many disputes I have put in and has not been protecting me as a consumer. They are in violation of the FCRA and this information is also being sent to FTC and the attorney general for unfair credit reporting practices. I have attached how Experian has been reporting this in accurate unverified debt.
