This complaint is from me a human person XXXX XXXX not a company or any other thing like that this is a formal complaint i used the templates provided by the ftc. I submitted a identity theft affidavit to the credit bureaus asking them to remove accounts that are identity theft, its my understanding that per the fair credit reporting act they have four days from the date of receiving those letters to remove those accounts.
