Consumer Narrative
My First Progress card was stolen. I reported it to the company and asked them to prevent reverse the fraudulent charges on the account and prevent further fraudulent charges. From what I can tell, they issued a second credit card and allowed fraudulent charges on that and kept two accounts running then failed to post payments to either account. Because of this, I was assessed a late fee and now have a balance of {$520.00}.
