I have been trying to speak with someone in the fraudulent department of Speedy cash for the past couple of months, and I have not been able to speak with anyone. My complaint is in reference to a criminal matter. Speedy cash received an application of credit in XXXX of 2020 under the following names XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX from XXXX Texas. This loan application included an XXXX account that was opened fraudulently under my name XXXX XXXX. I submitted a complaint regarding that fraudulent XXXX XXXX Account and I will attach the complaint and response to this complaint so Speedy Cash can recognize and confirm that these applications used a fraudulent XXXX XXXX account that was opened under my name and how I am the victim of these fraudulent applications that have now been turned into a criminal investigation against me. I am extremely upset with Speedy Cash because of their lack of security for their customers and not verifying bank accounts and the rightful owners are the ones applying for loans, I am now the criminal in this matter when in actuality I am the Victim. I want Speedy Cash to recognize the GRAVE error they made and I want an apology and their acknowledgement regarding this matter and I want Speedy Cash to make crucial changes in security, identity verifications and bank verifications in real time. This matter will be turned legal if an apology and acknowledgement of their actions are not addressed in a timely matter which is 15 days from the date of my complaint submissions.
