Purchase securespend prepaid card for {$500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, went to check the balance of the card and received an error. Called the phone number on the card and was told that card was marked for fraud as a transaction for {$500.00} had been made. Transaction was not me clearly. Expect a refund, or new card with same amount. Filed a dispute case with agent over the phone, and signed it online. Has been over 30 days that I have not received my money back or a new card .... ridiculous to wait this long for my {$500.00} which was stolen. XXXX
