On Sunday XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX to search for a used motor vehicle. In an effort to gauge my qualification for approval, I filled out the sites pre-approval form. The results stated that I was not pre-qualified. On Sunday XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, I received an email stating that the dealership would reach out to me concerning my inquiry for per-approval. On Monday XX/XX/XXXX I received several notifications that a hard inquiry had been placed on my credit report from each of the major credit bureaus. I did not authorize XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to run a full application for auto financing, yet they took it upon themselves to do so anyway, I advised them that I would file a complaint if the hard inquiry was not removed and I have not received a response from them since doing so. The representative I feel may be responsible is the sales person by the name of XXXX XXXX who may be contacted at XXXX or by calling ( XXXX ) XXXX or ( XXXX ) XXXX.
