We had our mortgage bought by Mr Cooper Mortgage. A few months later they informed us of an almost {$700.00} a month increase in the payments. I tried several times to contact them and have been unsuccessful in finding out why the huge increase. No explanation, unable to get an answer. Very difficult to deal with.
