I have XXXX XXXX accounts on my credit report ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have made several attempts to dispute these charges because when i called the collection agency ( Midland Credit ) they very first told me i was no longer obliagted to pay and try to settle the debt and sent me formal letters of deletion in the mail. However, i can not find these letters. That was XX/XX/XXXX. Just recently on XX/XX/XXXX i attempted to call XXXX XXXX because this is the address that shows up on my credit report as lender info however the representative told me there was no record of collection agency that it was sold to and that it normally sells to Midland credit so i called there. The representative at Midland credit agency, when i gave her my social said that there is no information on file coming up by my social and that i would need to contact the legal department there on Monday morning. i should not have to carry around debt that i am not able to settle because my accounts can not be found anywhere.
