LexisNexis has used a 2nd party ( XXXX ) to verify a Bankruptcy on my LexisNexis credit file. They by law, the Fair Credit Reporting Act can't do this. It must be provided by the original source which is the bankruptcy court. Enclosed, please find a letter From the XXXX XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy XXXX who holds control stating they don't supply this information to any credit reporting agencies. Also enclosed is a letter from LexisNexis addressed to me stating they used XXXX as the means to verify this information. That's illegal and violates my rights as an American consumer. This bankruptcy is to be removed from LexisNexis ' files immediately.
