Experian did not thoroughly investigate my dispute and/or arrived at the wrong outcome. Experian is reporting that I owe XXXX XXXX {$1000.00} even after the Vermont Superior Court found their claim is wrong. The amount is XXXX XXXX interest and fees. I tried to work with XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to resolve the issue but neither responded. The matter was taken to small claims court by XXXX 's Attorney. 's at XXXX XXXX. The case went to trial XXXX by and they lost. When XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ruled the case in my favor, I sent all the supporting documents to Experian filing an on-line dispute and uploading the court documents. After a slew of emails Experian XXXX came back with an automated response saying the information in my credit report was verified even after the case was found After the case was found in my favor. Experian did not allow me to add to the dispute or ask any questions or inform me of what they verified. Experian is not the ultimate decision maker on whether a the debt is wrong or correct. The State of Vermont Superior Court made that decision but Experian ignored the matter and the details. I have also sent everything to Experian via Certified USPS to no avail.
