I recently bought a house from AmeriHome mortgage company LLC. I thought I had a VA Loan with guaranties. The house was suppose be inspected and appraised. I am still waiting on the reports and the house has closed. I was given a home warranty, this was to insure that the house was good. But after a couple of days everything began to break down. The pool pump stopped working, the wiring has been compromised. The conduit is rusted out causing the wires to ground out. This is just one problem with the electrical, there is open slots in the electrical breaker box. Nothing is label correctly and there is several circuits missing form the panel. It is not up to code, I was told that the property was inspected by the VA rep and approved. But the standards that the VA provide to its service members are not being met. Now the home warranty company is saying they do not cover the repairs. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said this house was up to code and passed inspection when they sold me the house. It is not up to code.
