I'm a former XXXX XXXX customer, now that they are closed and filing for bankruptcy. I contacted Sunlight Financial because they facilitated our solar loan through XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX. I described my issues, such as install problems, property damaged and stolen property, items not installed that were in my contract and my system install not what was purchased in my contract, rebate check never received, XXXX XXXX for a reimbursement that i never received and the list goes on. Sunlight is giving me the run around as well as XXXX XXXX, they do not want to take responsibility for their part in this scam and even go as far to tell me that the items i listed weren't in my contract. I have documented everything, emails, text, calls and complaints. I have been fighting back and forth for XXXX even before XXXX went belly up. I have literally had to babysit the entire project from beginning to end just to get it operational, argue along the way about my list of complaints only to get nowhere. Last XXXX I sent Sunlight and XXXX XXXX the XXXX XXXX 's letter that requested the loan companies to suspend the loan payments to customers due to the court filing and the current investigation by XXXX other XXXX XXXX 's. I have not heard a word back and I doubt that I will, I have sat on calls for XXXX waiting for a representative to answer, transfer me over and over or just hang up on me. I feel that I can in fact prove breech of contract with the documents and information that I have on the part of not only XXXX XXXX but Sunlight Financial XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. The XXXX attachments, # XXXX is the first page of my contract with XXXX XXXX and Sunlight Financial, the system size is XXXX, the # XXXX is the application from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on my property. Last attachment is from another company that I had receive and estimate for solar prior to speaking to XXXX XXXX. Their system is XXXX less but XXXX system, XXXX XXXX with Sunlight Financial and XXXX XXXX are ripin people off. I'm willing to provide any and all the information that i have if needed.
