I would like my derogatory remark removed. This account is are misreporting on my credit report. This account does not belong too me. The date that this open was opened was XX/XX/XXXX. The amount is for {$60.00}. I have reached out to this creditor multiple times that this debt is not mines. I never lived at the listed address and I never had service with this company. I have provided police report as well. The creditor stated to me that there was nothing that they could do to assit with this fraudulent account. Please apply these laws to my account : The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Law 111-203, title X, 124 Stat. 2092 ( 2010 ) Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( FCRA )
