I wrote a letter about false information on my credit report, and more than 60 days later, I still haven't heard anything back. I think my complaint is being disregarded and that I'm being victimized of. It is precisely stated in Section 611 ( a ) that refusal to investigate these allegations within 30 days is cause for immediate removal of all those allegations from my credit report ; given that it has been more than 60 days, they should be promptly deleted. I demand that these accounts be terminated right away, or else I'll pursue you for the anguish you put upon my life. The XXXX data breach exposed my information well as, and it's feasible that it landed in the incorrect hands. Also following the Experian Lawsuit of them reporting misleading information and me not getting any notifications or updates about my report concerns me something fraudulent may have be done.
