I sent the following letter to the credit bureau to which they replied they would not comply with the consumer laws of the united states XXXX on the XXXX team told me he was a credit agency and he had permission because he was an agency that is not the laws of the united states of america. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX KS XXXX XX/XX/2022 RE : XXXX To whom it may concern, I, XXXX XXXX, never gave Any Consumer reporting agency verbal or written consent to report anything on my consumer report. No consent is Identity Theft. A copy of the law is attached with this dispute. You also do not have any permissible purpose to furnish my personal information to any third party. 15 USC 1681b Permissible purpose of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. As a consumer, I am demanding a deletion of the utilization on all my revolving accounts.
