Comentiy Bank/Bread Financial has failed to submit updates to all three credit bureaus since XX/XX/2022. I have made on-time monthly payments since XXXX, even with the system outage, and those payments are not being reported. My credit limit was increased and that has not been reported either. I brought this to the attention of the company 's customer service in XXXX, but not only did it go ignored, but they also directed me to reach out to the bureaus myself. It is not the responsibility of the consumer to report their own accounts to the credit bureaus so clearly there is a disconnect somewhere.
