In XX/XX/2022 I reached out to The Capitol One XXXX Department about a fraudulent credit card debt that is on my credit report. I asked that I be provided with any signed documents, verifications and and authorizations that would prove this debt to be mine. In XX/XX/2022 they sent a letter stating that their research proves no fraud, however Ive opted out of all secondary reporting agencies so why wasnt I sent the documents that I asked for to show that this is my debt. I have exhausted all of my remedies to get this account taken off of my credit account.
