On Wednesday, XX/XX/. I received a call from a man. His name may have been XXXX around XXXX XXXX. He introduced himself from CSC and said he was calling about an account I had with them. I politely said I do not have an account with you, and he said yes you do, I said Sir I am sorry I do not, he then said on a recorded line, Yes you do lady check your credit report! then he hung up. I immediately called back and he yelled at me saying if you don't have an account why are you calling back when I attempted to yell at him back he hung up on me. I then called back several times and he kept sending me to voicemail and putting me on hold. I happened to check my credit report and noticed that the above name company checked my account stating I applied for credit with them as a Hard inquiry. This company violated my rights by fra udulently checking my credit stating I applied for credit at a Collection agency. They also harassed me and used aggressive tone in communication. they failed to send me documentation to provide the opportunity to respond the debt.
