I am consumer XXXX XXXX and I'm continuously being harassed by PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES LLC. PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES LLC, is a debt collector and must abide by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES , LLC has contacted me about alleged debt without my consent. During initial communication in XX/XX/2016 they did not send a statement that I had a right to dispute alleged debt. PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES , LLC claims to have interest in consumer 's property and did not give any consideration or value. I do not have a contract with them and pursuant to the FDCPA PENNYMAC is not a creditor they were transferred an assignment. This was done without my consent and PENNYMAC created an account on behalf of the consumer in which is not my account. PENNYMAC has compiled false and deceptive forms to attempt to collect alleged debt. They are threatening to seize my property once again without any lawful right. I have a federal court case that has been filed against PENNYMAC FOR THEIR VIOLATIONS. This alleged debt was not and can not be verified by this third party debt collector. PENNYMAC IS IN VIOLATION OF ANTITRUST LAWS AS WELL BY ATTEMPTING TO PRESENT A LOAN ASSIGNMENT THAT THEY CLAIM TO BE TRUE. ALL DECEPTIVE AND COMPILED AND IN VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1. This is identity theft, they have my nonpublic information without my consent. THIS IS AN ALLEGED DEBT THAT IS DISPUTED SEVERAL TIMES. I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY ALLEGED DEBT PURSUANT TO THE FDCPA AND PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES LLC MUST ABIDE BY THE FDCPA.
