I have submitted a dispute on XXXX confirmation number ending # XXXX. I demanded equifax to provide me a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher. XXXX. They have not done so. I called on XXXX. They did a new investigation and again stated information verified with no evidentiary documents. I spoke to an escalation supervisor XXXX XXXX at XXXX and he informed me that equifax is not required to follow that law. I asked is equifax governed by FCRPA he stated yes but that is one those laws. So equifax is willfully reporting information they have validated with any documents against me constant dispute
