Since XXXX when I began a contract with Ally Financial. They have committed fraud on this account Multiple times. Ive sent in many forms of tender of payment. Such has registered securities that have been kept by the company. And the credit not applied. I recently XXXX sent a registered security registered mail. They refuse to apply to my account and are harassing me by telephone about a payment. Theyve reversed payments which I have proof of. Refusal of discharge by law it automatic discharge. I just received my credit report it shows the account was paid in full and closed. Ally reopened the account. I need help ASAP they have illegally repoed my vehicle multiple times. I have proof of all the fraud they have committed
