TRANSUNION CONTINUES TO VIOLATE MY RIGHTS UNDER THE FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), WHICH CLEARLY STATES THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION THEY FURNISH, TRANSUNION HAS CLEARLY FAILED TO DO SO. I HAVE ALSO PROVIDED PFOOF FROM THE COURT THAT THE INFORMATION TRANSUNION IS REPORTING ON MY CRDDIT FILE IS INACCURATE, HOWEVER TRANSUNION CONTINUES TO VIOLATE MY RIGHTS AND NOT INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER.
