I am a victim of fraud and identity theft. Someone stole my identity and opened up 2 credit cards and used these cards for purchasing. I noticed the first card where I became a Credit Card Statement from Genisis FS Card Services on XX/XX/2022 via USPS mail late evening. 1 Credit card company : Genisis FS Card Services {$3400.00} 2. Credit Card XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$3400.00} I immediately filed a Police Report on XX/XX/2022 in the morning - XXXX XXXX County Police Case # XXXX. I immediately froze all my Credit Information, filed Identity fraud theft reports, and disputed these 2 Credit Cards by XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I filed also an Identity Theft report with the Federal Trade Commission, XXXX XXXX XXXX, Social Security Administration, and the IRS. 1. Credit Card Company XXXX Genisis FS Card Services- you can't call this company since a computer Voice wants first the Social Security Number XXXX I contacted both Credit Card Companies ( Genisis FS Card Services & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) via USPS Mail. I provided all the information I had- including a copy of the Police Case Number. All 3 Credit Bureaus XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX investigated and DELETED already both Credit Card companies from my Credit Reports. For all 3 Credit Bureaus, both of the Cases are closed. I have on all 3 Credit bureaus now an extended Fraud Alert for 7 years. Genisis FS Card Services is asking me now again to provide Copies of filed Identity theft, Police Report. I did send already everything via USPS on XX/XX/2022. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX send me a Declaration of Fraudulent Activity which I need to sign and send back. Both Credit Card Companies ( Genisis FS Card Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) did not close these fraudulently opened accounts and want to make, after I send everything again, their decisions if I am responsible. I did not open these accounts and both Credit Companies have all the proof already from me and the Credit Bureaus. I highly appreciate that we can hopefully close this chapter in my life.
