My family lives in XXXX and when XXXX attacked XXXX I was obligated to fly to XXXX to save my family and help them run from there to not to die. The situation was horrible there, the building were my family was living was bombed. I was there for couple months to understand what to do and was not able to make any payments from there due to internet and service problems. The payments were not going thru. I went there in XX/XX/2022 and came back to XXXX at the end of XXXX XXXXI contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX and explained my situation, but they were very rude and did not even want to listen what happened. This is discrimination against people who are in danger and war. It was not my fault that my payments did not posted from XXXX and they reported 30 days late remarks on my credit reports ruining my history and scores. In accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX have violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1666b A Creditor May not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any reason.
