I went to Comenity Banks web site and redeemed XXXX points and I should have received two XXXX gift cards. I did this back on XX/XX/2022 and I have called several times to get an update on the cards. Today I was given a different XXXX to call and I called them and then they gave me another XXXX number to call and they could not help me. So then I made one more call to Comenity Bank and was placed on hold and then hug up on. I ordered these gift cards so that I could have them in time for the holidays. It shows on there web page that they have deducted XXXX points from my total but I have not received the gift cards as of today.
