Previously a complaint had been submitted for the reporting of incorrect information. Equifax removed certain information fields to make the report look accurate. However by doing so they made the information being reported incomplete. How can they say an account was 30, 60, or 90 days past due if they can't show a date of last activity? Also green dot and Equifax have repeatedly claimed to validate the information being reported as accurate. In accordance with the FCRA I have requested copies of the documents used to validate the information being reported. I have been refused. This is a clear violation of my rights under the FCRA. FURTHERMORE, the attached documents will show that XXXX XXXX is just reporting negative information to hurt my credit score. This is obvious because different information is being reported to all XXXX agencies. Yet each agency has validated the information as accurate.
