From XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Acct Number XXXX Hurricane Ian hit Florida at the end of XXXX, I was notified by my employer that my hours will be reduced as they were affected by this Hurricane. I called your bank in the first week of XXXX and spoke to whoever I spoke to about a payment deferment ( or whatever you call it ) I was assured by the rep that I will get a XXXX deferment which was ok by me and the next payment will be due in XXXX. I assumed everything was ok and was prepared to make payments in XXXX On the first week of XXXX get an alert from XXXX XXXX That your bank informed the credit bureaus That i am late in my mortgage payment and my credit score went from XXXX to XXXX. I was very upset. I called immediately and got XXXX your manager in loss mitigation and she said she will take care of it. It is now end of XXXX and I have called several times for XXXX and I can not get hold of her. I paid both XXXX and XXXX immediately in XXXX ( from funds I had to borrow ) to bring my account current which it is Please help me in reversing this late notice which is a fault of yours not mine. Thank you
