As a victim of IdentityTheft I have followed all the recommended steps to take including but not limited to : Dispute Letter with fraudulent accounts FTC Report Police Report Driver License Government ID and Social Security card. I have sent all these documents " certified '' with tracking and delivery confirmation. However the fraudulent accounts remain on my credit report along with other discrepancies. After a quick XXXX search I noticed that business " XXXX XXXX XXXX ' is a fictitious business. *The address doesn't match the business. * XXXX. Inquires XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Per the FCRA ( 15 U.S.C . 1681 ) Transunion has violated my rights by negligent and wilful noncompliance with the law after my discovery and informing them of the discrepancy. I have the right to privacy and a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
