I wrote a letter to Experian and requested for them to reinvestigate some inaccurate accounts on my consumer report the results came back as verified and accurate and remains the same. It's obvious they failed to make sure my consumer report is reporting 100 % accurate. XXXX XXXX XXXX is the name of the company with acct # : XXXX this account is a charge off account that is reporting a status of open and reporting an active ok payment history every month, the comments clearly say early termination so if the account is terminated how can it possibly be opened and reporting an active ok payment history every month. The second account company name XXXX with acct # : XXXX this account results came back as verified and accurate and remains the same, how did it come back accurate when XXXX is the original company and the status clearly say the account has been written off comments say purchased by another lender meaning they no longer own the account. XXXX and XXXX are no longer reporting these companies or the accounts on my consumer report these accounts should not be reporting on my Experian consumer report you are reporting false and misleading information Experian has failed to properly reinvestigate these accounts Experian are willfully noncompliance with the FCRA laws. These inaccuracy 's is a false misrepresentation of my credit obligation this has cause me mental anguish and anxiety and has been an inconvenience to me.
