I had a conflict active with Affirm in Affirm 's conflict resolution center that was initiated XX/XX/XXXX of 2022. On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX I provided evidence I was able to gather that Affirm asked for to settle the dispute with The XXXX XXXX for {$390.00}. I did not receive a response to the evidence I provided to Affirm. On XX/XX/XXXX I messaged Affirm through the Resolution Center for an update. I received no further communication about the dispute from Affirm until I called them XX/XX/XXXX [ 2022 ]. Affirm assured me my case would be visited and closed. Affirm then messaged me in the conflict resolution center asking me for evidence that I had already provided them. On the XXXX of XXXX, Affirm communicated to me via the resolution center that they sided with The XXXX XXXX. The XXXX XXXX, I believe is a fraudulent company that advertises false claims about their product. The XXXX XXXX also does not have an active contact channel for consumers to settle disputes. The XXXX XXXX also has a suspicious set of purchasing guidelines. According to Affirm, " Affirm will resolve all disputes in favor of the party that best substantiates their claim ( XXXX ). If Affirm resolves a dispute in favor of the merchant, the merchant will not be liable for any amount of principal or interest related to the disputed transaction. '' However, Affirm never disclosed to me whether they were able to contact The XXXX XXXX. I assume that they were not, given that The XXXX XXXX is not contactable. Yet, Affirm decided to side with the company after not once acknowledging the evidence I provided. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Affirm to understand the decision. I was transferred to a supervisor who hung up on me mid-sentence. When I called back, I was led to a dial tone. To resolve this. I would like Affirm to cancel the loan, refund me the amount I have paid, and fix their flawed resolution system.
