I refinanced my auto loan in XXXX with XXXX. They sent a check to Bridgecrest to pay off the loan. My payment due date was XXXX the XXXX and since Bridgecrest exists because of bogus fees, there is no grace period on their loans. So I had to make my payment that day. Then they post the check from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, we can call that a coincidence if they like, but we all know it is not. Bridgecrest refuses to refund me for the overpayment amount which is around {$690.00}, I can not get the exact amount because they have shut off my access to my account and do not send out paperwork. The majority of their business is fraudulent, so that is no surprise. I have called and spent hours on the phone with them and getting the run around, but still no check. This is my last ditch effort to get my funds as the next step is court and the entire fraudulent loan itself will be brought into question then as well as their shady business practices. I charge {$1000.00} an hour as well and they will pay that bill for all the hours I have wasted on this by them trying to steal my money as well as making me pay interest on money that couldn't exist without me.
