I received results for dispute # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. In that dispute I provided Experian with clear evidence from the Creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX, that my XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment was NOT 30 days late as it was being reported. The payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX which is reflected on the statement they were given. This is clearly not late by 30 days. Despite this evidence, Experian closed the dispute without fixing their mistake. XXXX XXXX XXXX is aware of this issue but blames Experian. They state they are NOT reporting my account late for the month in question. This is costing me the ability to get a mortgage and neither company should be allowed to be so negligent with their reporting. Ive now had to submit a new dispute today and wait to see if they will actually correct their mistake in 30 days or if I will not be able to buy a home until XXXX because of their carelessness.
